A subscription consists of one registration and one or more users (logins).

You may discontinue your registration anytime. If you decide not to pay the subscription fee, your registration will be cancelled automatically.
All users in a registration can view and edit the data for that registration.
A user may create additional registrations if the data needs to be isolated. Each registration requires a separate subscription payment.
You may change your subscription plan at any time. If you opt for a plan with a higher number of users, the already-paid lower subscription fee will be refunded. Refunds only apply to the current billing cycle.
If you opt for a plan with a lower number of users, the already-paid higher subscription fee will NOT be refunded. The new lower subscription fee will be charged at the next billing cycle.
