This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Prep For Rent ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our software services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
1.1. Free Version: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for free for a specified period. After this period, continued access will require a paid subscription.
1.2. Paid Subscription: By subscribing to the paid version of the Service, you receive ongoing access as well as any additional features and functionalities described on our website. All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date.
1.3. Changes to Subscription: By changing your subscription plan, a refund may apply. Please refer to our refund policy at this link for more information.
2. Restrictions
You shall not: a. Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service; b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; c. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Service; d. Use the Service for any unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at this link.
5. Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
